About us
A family business, built by hand
Herrera Woodworks is run by Juan Herrera and Maria Mayorga, with more than 25 years of cabinetry experience and hundreds of projects across the Atlanta area.
I learned the trade as an apprentice in my twenties. Once I was good enough to stand behind my own work, my wife and I started Herrera Woodworks together.
As an immigrant, owning a business is my American dream: working hard, building something real with my own hands, and providing for my family with what that work earns.
We're still a family business today. Every built-in, kitchen, and closet we take on is built, finished, and installed by us, and we stay with every client until they're happy with the result.

What we stand for
Built to last
Cabinet boxes and drawers built from hardwood plywood, with finishes chosen for how each piece will actually be used.
One family, start to finish
The people who measure your room are the people who build, finish, and install it. Nothing gets lost in a hand-off.
Until you're happy
We don't consider a job finished until you're happy with the result.
